The amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a pool table, a ping pong table and satellite TV, as well as a baby cot and high chair. However, the beautiful outdoor area is the highlight. With panoramic views of both the mountains and the sea, the house boasts a garden, a balcony, an open and furnished terrace with a barbecue and a wonderful saltwater pool that invites you to take a refreshing dip. Here you can relax entirely. The city centre of Mijas with restaurants and cafés is 2,5 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car, here you can also find the next supermarket. The nearest beach, Playa de Santa Amalia, is 5 km away (10 minutes by car). Parking spaces are available on the property. It is recommended to make use of a rental car. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. The property is ideal for families. Parties are forbidden, as it is a quiet place and neighborhood. Pets are not allowed.

Start your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony or terrace while enjoying the views, or cool off in the pool and the outdoor shower during hot summer days. The nearest restaurant and bar are just a 1-minute walk away (60 m), and there is a supermarket 7 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car (800 m) from the apartment. If you want to spend a day at the beach, you can visit Playa de los Boliches, located 12 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car (1.0 km), and the nearest bus stop is 4 minutes on foot (350 m).
